Build an AI-powered execution planning tool using a Claude Project that automates the creation of sequenced preparation plans and per-person task sheets for wedding florist operations. The tool will take recipe outputs from Everystem and event proposals as inputs and generate comprehensive execution plans that reduce per-event planning time from 3–4 hours to under 30 minutes.

Goal: Reduce per-event execution planning time from 3–4 hours to under 30 minutes while producing clearer output that staff can follow without additional guidance from the lead florist.
