Heck Yeah Strategies needs a structured operations and automation layer that scales without adding manual overhead. This engagement builds the framework, workflows, triggers, and automation infrastructure across five sequential phases. Each phase is independently purchasable.

Goal: A fully automated client operations system where adding a new client in Moxie automatically creates the Google Drive folder, Gmail filter, and project task list -- so operations run without Jenn being the bottleneck.

Details

Phase 1 -- Kickoff & Build Plan ($250)

  • Map all pipeline stages and transition triggers
  • Run Moxie Readiness Report via API
  • Produce build plan before Phase 2 begins

Phase 2 -- Moxie Build ($1,000)

  • Pipeline setup with correct stage types for forecasting
  • Audit, Project, and Retainer automation chains
  • Project and task templates per client type
  • Client portal configuration

Phase 3 -- Email & Drive ($250)

  • Gmail filters for all existing Heck Yeah clients via API
  • Standard Google Drive client folder structure
  • SOP for extending the pattern to other businesses

Phase 4 -- Orchestration ($625)

  • OAuth setup for Drive and Gmail APIs
  • New client trigger: Moxie webhook fires Drive folder + Gmail filter + Moxie project automatically
  • Audit to Project and Project to Retainer transition triggers

Phase 5 -- Recorded Walkthrough ($125)

  • One-hour recorded session covering every system end to end
  • What triggers what, how the full system works, what happens when a new client is added
