Q: What if you can't solve my problem in an hour?

A: If we need more time, you only pay for additional hours you approve. Most problems are solved in 60 minutes. Sometimes "solving" means "here's your roadmap" rather than full implementation - and that's valuable too.

Q: What if my problem isn't technical - I just don't know what to build?

A: Perfect - that's strategic work and often more valuable than technical fixes. We'll spend the hour mapping out what you need, in what order, and why.

Q: What if we discover I need something different than what I booked for?

A: Great - that's exactly why we have the session. We'll pivot to what's actually needed. The houris yours to use however helps most.

Q: Do I need to give you access to my Kajabi?

A: Only if we're doing technical implementation. If it's strategic planning or diagnosis, we can screen share or just talk through it.

Q: What if I need to reschedule?

A: No problem - reschedule up to 24 hours before your session.

Q: Can I book multiple sessions?

A: Absolutely - book one to start, then book more as needed. Some clients book a series.

Q: Is this better than office hours?

A: Office hours are great for learning and seeing common problems solved. Book a paid session if you need:
