You're good at what you do. Running it shouldn't feel like this.

Your clients don't leave because your work is bad. They leave because they felt forgotten. Leads don't disappear because you're bad at sales. They go quiet because no one followed up. Hite Labs builds the systems that keep people in your world after the first conversation.

Does any of this sound familiar?

"Leads fall through the cracks"

You work hard to get people interested. Then life gets busy, the inquiry sits in your inbox, and by the time you surface it — they're gone. They didn't go with someone better. They went with someone faster.

You're not disorganized. You're doing everything manually. There's a difference — and there's a fix.

"The longer I wait, the harder it gets."

Somewhere right now there's a past client who would hire you again if you reached out. A referral partner who sent someone your way and never heard what happened. A prospect who went quiet and just assumed you were too busy.

You know you should stay in touch. But knowing and doing are different things when you're running everything alone.

The system stays in touch. You stay focused on the work.

"Every. Single. Time."

Someone says yes. You should feel great about that. Instead, you feel the weight of everything that has to happen before they become an actual client. The contract. The invoice. The welcome email you keep rewriting. The Zoom link you have to remember to send.Every single time. From scratch.

What if a new client signing felt like a celebration instead of a to-do list?

Not sure where to start? Good.

Most small business owners know something's slipping. The problem isn't motivation. It's that nobody has sat down with them and said: here's what I'd actually do if I were running your business.

That's what we do first.

You talk through how your business actually runs. Where manual work piles up, where leads slip through, where you're losing hours you don't have. We listen, ask a few questions, and figure out where the real leverage is — whether that's automation, a better tool, a smarter process, or something else entirely.

That diagnosis shapes everything that comes after.

Step 1: Diagnose

Before we build anything, we figure out what's actually worth building.

Starting point

Game Plan - $350

A 60-minute conversation about how your business runs and where it's costing you. A day later, you have a written plan with the highest-leverage things to fix, specific to how you actually work, not a generic checklist.

This is where most people start. It's enough to act on whether you hire Hite Labs or not. And if you do move forward, the cost comes off your build.

how it works

  • 60-minute deep-dive call
  • Written Game Plan delivered within 24 hours
  • $200 credited to any build*

Deep Dive

Blueprint-$997

Two weeks of working through your full operation — every tool, every handoff, every place work moves from one thing to the next. We interview you and a team member, map out what's actually happening, and come back with a complete picture of what to fix and in what order.

This is for owners who want to know the whole story before committing to a build, or who have enough complexity that a 60-minute conversation won't cut it.

How it Works

  • Two-week operational review
  • Full tool stack and workflow mapping
  • Owner + one team member interview
  • Recorded walkthrough of every gap found
  • Ranked fix-it roadmap: what to address first and why

Step 2: Build

Once we know what needs to change, we build it.

The right build depends on what the diagnosis surfaces. We scope it after the Game Plan or Blueprint, no assumptions, no surprises on either side

Focused Build

Starting at $2,500

One part of your business, done right.

Some businesses have one painful thing that's holding everything else back. A broken onboarding. Leads that never get followed up. A gap between someone saying yes and actually becoming a client. Whatever the diagnosis pointed to, we go deep on that thing and build it properly — in your voice, around your process.

How we work Together

  • Scoped around what the diagnosis found
  • Document collection and contract automation
  • Milestone communications and project status cadence
  • 4-6 week build, delivered in your voice

Full Build

Starting at $8,500

The whole thing, end to end.

Lead comes in, gets followed up, gets onboarded, stays in touch. All of it, built to run in the background while you do the work. Depending on what the diagnosis surfaces, this might include custom automations, purpose-built tools, or AI systems designed around how your business actually operates. We figure that out together before anything gets scoped.

How we work together

  • 10–14 week build, delivered in phases
  • Revenue-relevant wins every 2–3 weeks,  not just at the end
  • Team training included
  • 30-day post-launch window to tune everything
  • Scoped after diagnosis, priced to match what we're actually building

A note on ongoing costs

Most builds have an ongoing service component. What that looks like depends on what we build.

Some builds connect to third-party tools, calendar software, invoicing platforms, communication services. Those carry their own subscription costs, typically in the range of $50–200/month, billed directly to you.

Others involve infrastructure that Hite Labs builds and manages,  a custom agent, a purpose-built tool, a system that runs under the hood of your business. Those come with a monthly service fee rather than a software subscription.

Either way, we talk through all of it before anything gets scoped. No surprises after the fact

Ongoing — Available after any buiLD

Systems Retainer

$500-$3,000/month

Once a build is complete, the work shifts rather than stops. Your business grows, tools change, and new things come up. The retainer keeps everything current — ongoing refinements, new automations as you need them, and a monthly review of how the system is performing.
