1. Know which plan you’re on for each tool you pay for.
   Basic, Pro, Business, whatever it’s called. The plan often decides what a tool can and can’t do, and sometimes what you need is already included in a plan you’re paying for. You’ll usually find it under Settings → Billing or Account.
2. Be logged in and ready to share your screen.
